I ordered flowers from Australia for delivery to a family member in the UK. I was hesitant to do so, as I'd had a few bad experiences in the past when what was delivered had been of far less quality and size than I'd paid for. I'm very pleased to say that on this occasion the recipient was delighted with the flowers and sent me a photo. A fabulous bouquet from Scentsational in Uxbridge. I would definitely use them again.

I was looking for a florist online to order for a funeral which would be taking place after the early May bank holiday. I couldn't find a company who could fulfill the order at short notice. I found Direct2florist who quickly confirmed the order and their customer services were helpful when i had a question. The florist delivered the flowers on time and when I recieved confirmation of delivery, I also recieved a nice pic of the flowers which was really thoughtful. Overall it was a quick and easy process, I'd choose them again.

Flowers arrived on time but were delivered to the neighbour even though we were at home. Apparently the delivery driver said he rang but got no reply, and they do not usually call the client when unable to deliver. Flowers were not in ideal condition either, but despite all it was a pretty bunch.
